Meet Our Team
Molly Keegan, BCBA, LBA
Founder & Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst
Molly Keegan is the founder and clinical director of Learning Together. Molly has been working with children with autism and related disorders using the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 1997. She responded to an ad for a therapist position working with two young brothers with autism while taking graduate classes at American University and fell in love with them and the field! She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University Teachers College. She moved to DC and founded Learning Together in 2007 with the dream of truly making a difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families. She has continued this mission by maintaining a small, dedicated, well educated, and experienced group of professionals that share her dream.
Ellyn Sanguedolce
BCBA, LBA
Supervising Behavior Analyst
Ellyn Sanguedolce is BCBA who supervises ABA teams and the services delivered to children in homes and schools. She has been working in the Education and ABA field since 2008, and is truly passionate about working with young children and their families. Ellyn finds it rewarding to be able to make meaningful changes that not only enhances the child’s life, but enhances the family’s too! She is eager to help, teach, and support your child. She is also equally as eager to support family members and the adults that help care for and teach children using her years of knowledge and experience in ABA.
Emily Lebowitz
BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Emily Lebowitz, MA, BCBA began her career working as an early child special education teacher in DCPS. She taught at the same school for 11 years. During that time, she fell in love with using the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children and support their families. She pursued coursework to become a BCBA and worked at times as a therapist providing in-home ABA services while teaching. Her favorite parts of teaching are building connections with families to ensure they are supported at home and seeing our children grow! She looks forward to working with you!
Gemora Doe, RBT
Behavior Technician
Gemora is currently an RBT and is pursuing her graduate coursework to become a BCBA. She discovered the field of ABA while tutoring children with physical and developmental disabilities. She has been an RBT since June 2024 and is known for always putting her clients first. Gemora is deeply dedicated to supporting each child’s growth and brings a calm, reassuring presence that helps both children and adults feel comfortable and supported. She is highly detail-oriented and brings a thoughtful, thorough approach to everything she does. Her favorite part of being an RBT is witnessing the moment clients realize they can advocate for themselves and know that their voice will be respected. She looks forward to working with you!
Danielle Harris RBT
Behavior Technician
Danielle is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who transitioned to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2023. She holds a master’s degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Special Education from James Madison University and has over a decade of experience as an early childhood special educator in school settings. Danielle is passionate about collaborating with families and teachers to support the unique needs of each individual. Outside of work, she enjoys dog sitting, hiking, and spending quality time with her family. Danielle is committed to empowering each learner and enhancing their community.
Andy Ebert
BCaBA
Assistant Behavior Analyst
Andy is a BCaBA and has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. He has worked with learners from ages 2-20 and has experience providing services in early education settings, schools, homes, and through Telehealth. He is currently pursuing his masters in ABA at …….. to become a BCBA. He loves working closely with families to help provide comprehensive support to our little friends. Outside of work, Andy loves to cook and going to see live music. He is always ready to work tirelessly to support our learners, proving time and time again that nothing is out of bounds!
Billie Solley, RBT
Behavior Technician
Billie has been an RBT since 2024, primarily working in home settings. She loves connecting with young learners and supporting their growth through patient, compassionate care. Billie is known for building strong, positive relationships with both children and staff, and for bringing a hard-working, thoughtful approach to her work each day. She is deeply committed to helping each child make meaningful progress. Billie is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Developmental Psychology. When she isn’t working or studying, you can find her doing improv with her troupe or researching the benefits of theater participation for children.
